OBJECTIVES It discusses the key factors needed to foster collaborative innovation, and it is symbolized by a four-leaf clover. Collaborative innovation (Co-innovation) presents innovation as a result of team work at different levels of performance. There are four different levels: individual, team, organization and community. The four-leaf clover symbolizes the four levels of complexity, but at the same time, enables innovation to generate a more cohesive project with the environment, more bionomic and therefore more likely to succeed. The program allows a good understanding of the pedagogical and management model called “ Co-innovation ". And the programs also presents, briefly, the models "Biomanager”, “Innovuction” and “ The Company in your hands”. Coinnovation enables to know methods, specific techniques that enable to ignite innovation and a culture of teamwork.
