It discusses, briefly, the key factors for proper development of teamwork. The “Teamwork Tower” model is symbolized by a human castle that presents the nine key factors for success in the creation and management of teams.

The course incorporates an overview of the factors that shape a culture of teamwork.

The program is designed for managers who have different work teams, for the team leader or for core members of these teams that want a short overview of the model "Tower Teamwork.
