Through the "The Company in your hands" model symbolized by the palm presents the five key flows to be considered to create, lead and manage an organization. The program allows a good understanding of the functional areas and departments of a firm through the pedagogical and managerial model "The Company in your hands". It allows the knowledge of tasks, activities and processes that facilitate a better understanding of the movements and departmental functions of an organization, fostering a culture of teamwork specifically to meet and understand the different roles of the members of an organization.
