OBJECTIVES We analyzed a total of 20 basic principles to reward and motivate the team. These principles are presented after a definition of the basic concepts of teamwork, systems of remuneration and rewarding, and an analysis of the motivation theories of a person. The program allows a good understanding of these basic principles through presentation of case studies of a dozen companies (American, European and Spanish). It allows specific knowledge of basic principles used to improve remuneration and motivation of teams.
