OUR MISSION
![]() European Teamwork Center was established in 1996 “The European Year of Training and Education. The aim of our institution is to provide the tools and guidance related to “Learning to work as a Team, by means of the training of those responsible for the promotion of teamwork within organisations. The center considers that training should be centred on improving the person, given that people are the strategic weapon which bring about development in organisations. Consequently, our role is the training of personnel. Our training programmes are based on three fundamental areas: The Human Factor (person - team), Management Vision (Company - Sector) and Competitive Advantage (Innovation - teamwork).

We believe that a coherent training programme, should contribute to the development of the Human Factor in an organisation, widen its company-sector knowledge and establish an overall vision of the company without neglecting the specific knowledge of emerging sectors. All of this is done through a framework which generates long term competitive advantages and an innovative team spirit which we believe are basic strategic elements. Once these Teamwork, Supex and Portable MBA programmes are taken , the Technician in Teamwork Promotion Diploma is awarded. The Technician is therefore a specialist in the functions and key elements of an organisation and in Teamwork. Furthermore, a specific qualification in Innovation, service management or non profit organizations can be achieved. |
