OBJECTIVES We analyze the managerial skills or “soft-skills" with a vision of a culture of teamwork. The basic managerial skills are five and managers must know this soft-skills because they are need during a daily activity. Also, it allows to act in the short, medium and long term. These skills are presented as tools for consultation in situations of insecurity, uncertainty, or for training and developing employees. They are a good support that helps strengthen the skills and arts that managers need to manage teams, departments, divisions and organizations.
