OBJECTIVES It discusses the main elements to manage the career of a person. Through the “Egovalue” model it is symbolized by four geometric shapes that make up a human body. The “Egovalue” model presents ten rules that allows self-analysis and therefore it can be considered a system of self-help and self-improvement because it helps to balance and focus properly the changes and challenges of our professional careers.
